HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN?
If you are having trouble logging in, you may be using the wrong user name or password.
WRONG USER NAME:
Your user name is not necessarily your email address. It will be the user name you signed up with when enrolling in your course. Look back through your emails to see if you can find it. If you have have forgotten your user name, email our office at email@example.com for assistance.
FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD:
If your have forgotten your password, it will have to be reset. Unfortunately you cannot reset your password yourself without logging in first. As not knowing your password is preventing you from logging in, the password reset is not an option. You will need to ask our office to reset your password for you. Email our office at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
RECENTLY CHANGED YOUR PASSWORD:
If you have recently changed your password, you will need to delete temporary internet files and cookies from your web browser. This stops your computer from using your old credentials instead of your new credentials to try and log in. It is quick and easy to do.
